To devise the policies related to administration, membership enrolment, fund raising and future activities, regular meetings of the Governing Body (GB) and General Body (AGM) of Kalinga Lanka Foundation were conducted since its registration on 1st December 2014. Till April 2018, the Foundation has conducted 8 GB meetings and 3 AGMs.
In the recently held AGM on 27th March 2018, a new Governing Body was unanimously elected for next 2 years i.e. 2018-19 and 2019-20. The newly elected members of GB are:

The Governing Body is authorized to co-opt up to four more members.The Governing Body of the Foundation is elected from the enrolled members for the tenure of 2 years.
In the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday, 20 September 2018 at the High Commission of Sri Lanka, New Delhi, the Governing Body of the Foundation was expanded to include following 3 new members making the GB a total of 14 members.

The Foundation raises its funds for operational & future expenses through (1) Membership Fees, (2) Donations and (3) Event Sponsorship.
A savings bank account of the KLF was opened with the Axis Bank Ltd at DLF Gurgaon, Ground Floor, Cross Point, Phase-IV, DLF Qutab Enclave Complex, Gurgaon-122009 with the bank a/c number 915010010858305. The Permanent Account Number (PAN) and the Tax Deduction Account Number (TAN) of KLF are AACAK6448D and RTKK05088G respectively.
KLF has appointed M/s Ambeesh Marwah & Associates as Chartered Accountants for auditing of all the financial transactions.
